North End Nursery

The North End Nursery project began with a family heirloom and a name. To honor the baby’s namesake and great-great-grandfather with a storied career as an American football coach, the design drew from family archives. We incorporated the 1947 Cleveland Browns team photo and coaching awards into the room’s palette and theme. Softly color-washed walls and a tailored plaid wallpaper give the space depth and character without feeling thematic. An antique chest grounds the design, while the room’s sophisticated foundation ensures it will grow effortlessly with the child.
